In order to offer larger variety and to satisfy more completely the tastes and the culinary senses of our customers, we have designed our restaurants to serve food of various cuisines and types.

“T HOTELS” provides the guests of its hotels with free transport to each of its hotels and restaurants and 12% discount from the offered price. Our culinary temptation is “CASA DI MARE” restaurant in the town of Bansko, located in the “GRAND MONTANA” four-star hotel. The four-star luxury and elegance of the hotel are characteristic not only for the hotel but for the restaurant too and it has a very refined interior, implying respect and tranquility, with individual sections with upholstered furniture and tables each with its individual decoration.

The hit of the menu in “CASA DI MARE” is its special selection of fish and seafood with more than 100 delicacies and recipes of old cook experts from Sozopol and Nessebar, including river, Black Sea, Mediterranean and oceanic specialties and the unbelievable 2kg lobster “ALAGRAND”. For those who do not like seafood and fish the menu offers another selection of 20 top dishes, including whole boiled knuckle with vegetables, roasted shoulder of lamb on a tile, chicken in cranberry sauce and pasto. To make your moments unforgettable we offer a special selection of white and red wines and a variety of fine drinks from the bar, including our special collection of cigars which we offer to our special guests only.

“PARMIGIANO” restaurant is the only natural piece of heaven coming from Italy but located in the “MOUNTVIEW LODGE” hotel of apartments in Bansko. Our chef coming from Milan will show you the one and only unique taste of Italian recipes and spices. All of the products, spices and wines are imported from Italy each week. You can taste here various Italian specialties like pasta /and other kinds of spaghetti, lasagna, pizza prepared in an oven, special salads prepared with proshuto, mozzarella, etc., as well as many other recipes peculiar only to the Italian cuisine. The bar offers original Italian wines and drinks and a large variety of beers.

In “BALKANTSI” restaurant, located in the “EAGLE`S NEST” hotel of apartments in Bansko, you can enjoy the dishes of the widely popular now Serbian and Macedonian cuisine. We try to prepare these dishes with their peculiar and authentic taste and variety, which can be achieved only with the skillfulness of our Serbian chef and regular supply of products and raw materials directly from our neighbouring countries. The typical Balkan-style atmosphere and interior of the restaurant make it look absolutely authentic to which we can add the original and unique music and drinks, including heated wine etc.

In SPA-RESORT “REDENKA” we can present you our original and authentic Bulgarian offer - “ETHNO” national-style tavern. It combines the unique spirit of Bansko and the different natural style of the Melnik wine cellars. The tavern offers exclusively Bulgarian national cuisine and drinks, preserved and selected from all of the regions of our country, but the main accent falls on the specialties from the Bansko region and the unforgettable taste of the Melnik wines. Only here you can taste the original old recipes, preserved and kept over the centuries, of Banski staretz, kapama, sweet stuffed vine leaves, fresh trout in tomato sauce, roasted lamb with drob-sarma, home-made banitza etc. Our program of national folk songs preformed live straight in your ear by both our bands – male and female, will also contribute to reach high spirits. If we add to this the enormous barbecue at the front door and the numerous fireplaces inside the tavern you will be brought back into the unique and authentic world of our ancestors and their proved culinary skills. You can order free transport at the reception desk which will take you to any of the restaurants managed by our chain and back to the hotel where you stay.

Being a guest of “T HOTELS” chain of hotels you can use 12% discount in each of our restaurants or pay 14BGN per person for half-board and choose your dinner from our card-menu. We accept payment in cash, with credit or debit cards or you can transfer your bill into the bill of your room.
