~ Payment: our hotel “MOUNTVIEW LODGE” accepts cash payment, through bank transfer or through credit or debit cards.
~ Internet: each apartment is supplied with free Internet connection and you can rent a laptop at the reception desk of the hotel. All the common areas, the restaurant, the SPA-center and the lobby-bar are supplied with wireless internet access.
~ Room-service: we offer our guests 24-hour room-service, as well as free delivery of food from the restaurants of “T HOTELS” chain in Bansko /for more detailed information, please see “Restaurants”/
~ Breakfast: breakfast is served every morning from 8.00 to 10.00 am in the restaurant of the hotel or you can order it to be served in your apartment at any fixed time you have arranged in advance. Breakfast may be: continental, English or French, to which we add a large variety of hot and cold drinks, freshly squeezed juices etc.
~ Restaurant: “CASA la ITALIA” offers a rich menu of the Italian cuisine, including recipes characteristic of this “ Boot”-like Apennine peninsula. Only here you can taste original pasta from Italy /spaghetti products/, lasagna, pizza in oven, prochuto, mozzarella, carapaco, risotto, parmigiano, etc.
~ Transport: everyone of our customers can use the free transport we offer to the lift, center of town and all other hotels and restaurants of the Chain “T HOTELS” in Bansko. We offer transfers from the hotel and back with our luxury transport, and we can also arrange for you to rent a car /for more detailed information, please see “Transport”/.
~ Lobby-bar: next to the reception desk of the hotel is our discreet and cozy lobby-bar, which can offer an unbelievable selection of drinks, cocktails and light food which you can have anytime you wish.
~ Safe deposit boxes for valuables: you can find them at the reception desk of the hotel.
~ Business-center: at the reception desk of “MOUNTVIEW LODGE” you can find any kind of business service, FAX, copying and printing, or you can arrange to be waken up on the telephone at an hour you have fixed in advance, you can also rent a GSM with SIM-card of the local mobile operator.
~ Sports and recreation: there is a SPA-center in the hotel which is equipped with last generation electronic apparatus, steam bath, sauna, Jacuzzi, solarium, hydro-jet with water massage, cabins for massage and recreation. We recommend you to use some of our programs, procedures or therapies /honey and chocolate, volcanic stones, massage “Bali”, Ayurveda-Shirodara etc./ for your nicer look and better condition.
~ Entertainment: at the reception of the hotel you can find games, DVDs, books and magazines, or you can visit our entertainment hall which can offer you Darts, billiards, table tennis, pinball.
~ Parking area: The hotel can offer you guarded underground or ground parking area.
~ Ski-wardrobe: The ski-wardrobe is in the hotel and here you can rent ski or snowboard equipment or leave yours for safekeeping.

~ CURRENCY EXCHANGE: if you need to exchange your currency you can do it at the reception desk.
~ Dry-cleaning and laundry: for your comfort and nice look you can use all day long the services of our laundry department.
~ Safety: a lift is mounted in the hotel, there are also two fire escapes, fire-alarm and safety-alarm system in the common areas of the hotel and around it, and video-surveillance system.
