The new luxury three-star hotel of apartments was built at the end of 2006 and is within 4 min. drive from the lift station of the town and 50 m from the three-star “CASAMILLA” hotel which is also managed by “T HOTELS”chain of hotels. “MOUNTVIEW LODGE” provides 52 spacious luxury studios and apartments /with a capacity of 160 main beds/, all of them in that elegant and fine style peculiar to the Spanish interior design, including flooring of natural wood, each of which is secured with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette. Suitable for both families and young couples, as well as for individual visitors and organized groups, the hotel offers endless opportunities for fun and entertainment of skiers, snowboarders, tourists who have come here just to go sightseeing, young people who have come here to visit the JAZZ festival, businesspeople or older people looking for the clean fresh air of the Pirin Mountain.

The hotel works on an all-year-round basis and is suitable for short or long stays in each of the four seasons. Apartments and Rooms

The hotel of apartments offers a unique atmosphere to its quests distributed in 52 luxury one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and studios providing an exquisitely stylish and modern interior in order to sense the perfect happiness during your holiday or business stay here. You will find excellent conditions for recreation and endless possibilities for entertainment.

The studios are 12 each of them having an area of 45 sq m which includes one room, kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower-cabin and hair-drier, and terrace. They are fitted to accommodate 2 people /there is an option for 3-rd person on an extra bed/. The one-bedroom apartments are 15 each of them having an area between 60 and 70 sq m which includes one bedroom, living room with a dining area and kitchenette, bathroom with shower-cabin and hair-drier, and terrace. They are fitted to accommodate 4 people /there is an option for 5-th person on an extra bed/. The hotel has also 25 two-bedroom apartments each of them having an area of 100 sq m and it includes two bedrooms, living room with a dining area and kitchenette, spacious luxury bathroom with shower-cabin and hair-drier, and terrace. They are fitted to accommodate up to 6 people.

Each apartment is provided with a fully equipped and functional kitchenette with a refrigerator, cooker with absorber, sink, microwave oven, washing machine, coffee-maker, jug for heating water, toaster, dining table and any utensil you will need for self catering /preparing your own meals/. The fireplaces and bar counters, which we install in each of the studios and apartments, will contribute to your fairy-tale feeling and satisfaction from the snowy winter and the glass of red wine in your hand will make you lose yourself in dreams and memories. Each room of the apartments is supplied with a TV set with over 40 satellite channels, and in the hall you can enjoy a 21` TV set+DVD. In the studios and apartments of “MOUNTVIEW LODGE” you will find a direct telephone line, free Internet access, CD/MP3 – player, mini-bar stocked with over 35 articles in it, iron and ironing board, fire-alarm system and in some of the rooms you can use a FAX. To make your stay cozier and more comfortable we supplied each of the apartments and studios with central heating, large wardrobes and case holders, and there is also a closet in some of them.

The hotel is secured with a lift, alarm and video surveillance system in the common areas and outside the building. We have taken safety measures nobody to disturb your privacy so the door locks of the studios and apartments can be unlocked only with your personal key-cards, and the data is immediately transferred to the reception desk where it is processed and copied on the main server. At your disposal in the hotel you can find also baby cribs, children’s chairs etc.

Our professional chambermaids clean, tidy and supply consumables and requisites every day so all of the apartments and rooms can be always clean, tidy and fresh. Linen and towels are changed every two days but if it is - necessary every day. For your quick recreation after the intensive sports training or heavy business talks you can immerse in the atmosphere of our luxurious SPA-centre, or you can have a drink in our discreet lobby-bar or taste the delicate Italian menu of our Milanese chef in “CASA la ITALIA”restaurant which is located on the ground floor of the hotel. In the sports recreational center of “MOUNTVIEW LODGE” hotel of apartments you will have the chance to use our professionally equipped fitness-hall, sauna, steam bath, or to dip in our big Jacuzzi, or use the solarium, massages, chambers for therapies with aroma oils, volcanic stones, seaweed, mineral, pearl or whirling bathtub.
